PUERTO NAOS BEACH

It's situated in the south west of La Palma island. It's a beach and a small village with shops, restaurants and a lot of apartments. It has got a pedestrian avenue. The sand of the beach is black and there are also many big waves. You can go by car and I go there every summer.

 The sand is black because the lava of San Juan's volcano.

Paragliding is a popular sport there and a lot of persons do, they land on the sand.

 In summer there are two important events: a triatlon competition and a water party.

 Because of the colour of the sand, this burns your feet.       The tourists go there to sunbathe and enjoy.  A lot of people from other countries come there all the seasons.

Waves can be huge in winter and they change in the rest of the year.
